Staring into space I wonder
Peering through infinity I marvel
I close my eyes, the darkness thickens
The trees, silhouettes against the sky
Are barriers
Before hope
Before opportunity
The stars, in all their might
Turn their blank canvas into a masterpiece
Their empty home into a community
Jupiter, with it's everlasting storm
Lights the sky like nothing else
Among the candles it is a fire
Among distress it is hope.
